Since 1997, Avalon Consulting Services (Avalon) has provided vital engineering support and construction management services to government agencies, developers and some of the biggest names in engineering. Our gifted and experienced engineers have tackled assignments of varying scope and complexity including large-scale site development and design, program management, construction management, infrastructure assessment, project management, environmental services, value engineering and inspection and testing services.

Avalon Consulting Services, LLC. (Avalon) is an African-American-owned, MBE-certified consulting firm located in Baltimore, Maryland.  Since January 1997, Avalon has provided professional engineering and construction services to a wide variety of clients in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. Avalon is an indigenous company wholly owned and managed by a group of experienced, resourceful and technical professionals.  The company’s head office is located in the Hub-Zone of Baltimore, Maryland USA. Since 1997, Avalon Consulting Services, LLC. Avalon works closely with JLN Construction Services, LLC. and self-performed tasks as mentioned above.

Avalon is an internationally integrated consulting agency with extensive experience working on: Roads & Bridges, Transportation Terminals (Air & Sea), Large-scale Community Development Projects, and High-Rise Commercial sites. We also engage in program management for construction projects from the feasibility study stage.
