What clients say about the work we do... In the Fall of 2007, we began a comprehensive, 5-month study of the condition of the Prince Georges County Public School System infrastructure. ACS was one of a handful of local firms that partnered with us to perform the physical plant inspections that ultimately identified more than $2 billion in recommended repairs and upgrades. ACS consistently exceeded our expectations. Not only did they complete their assigned projects on time, but they took on additional inspections when another contractor ran into difficulties. ACS submitted comprehensive, detailed reports whose recommendations frequently addressed the underlying "causes" of structural damage rather than the more superficial "symptoms." These recommendations were favorably received by individual schools and led them to adopt more effective remediation efforts.
